Welcome to Castle Peak Homes! Following are instructions relating to the lease application process and the required application forms and fees you must submit to lease a Castle Peak home.
Residential Lease Application. Each occupant over the age of 18 years old is required to submit a separate application. Please complete the application and sign at the bottom of page 3 and 4. Submit the completed application via overnight mail, hand delivery, fax, or email. There is an application fee of $100 per applicant. This fee needs to accompany the submitted application or can be paid online through PayLease.
Residential Lease Guaranty. If someone else will be making your rent payments or you will not qualify based on credit, a residential lease guaranty is required. Please have the guarantor complete the guaranty and sign at the bottom of page 1 and 2. Submit the completed application via overnight mail, hand delivery, fax, or email. There is an application fee of $100 per guarantor. This fee needs to accompany the submitted guaranty or can be paid online through PayLease.
Once all Residential Lease Applications and Residential Lease Guaranty documents and the related fees are received the application(s) will be processed. Castle Peak Homes will notify applicants whether or not they qualify to lease the property.
How to Hold the Property. Castle Peak Homes provides applicants with an opportunity to place a hold on a property during the application process. Applicants must submit a security deposit to hold the unit for 72 hours via PayLease or certified funds. All applications and guaranty forms must be submitted to Castle Peak Homes within the 72 hours. If Castle Peak does not receive the full application packet including all applications and guarantor documents then the deposit will be returned, and new or backup applications will be considered. Applicants may request additional time, however, additional fees may be charged.

From here you may pay your rent anywhere anytime, submit a maintenance request, and review move-in and move-out procedures and other important documents relating to your residency. Pre Move-In Checklist. Castle Peak Homes looks forward to welcoming you to your new home. Please review the move-in checklist for details to submit your first month rent, activate utilities and scheduled your move-in appointment.
Move-Out Procedures. Castle Peak Homes hopes you enjoyed residing in our property. Prior to vacating and surrendering your property keys, please review the move-out checklist for details to ensure your security deposit is refunded.
Pay Your Rent. Caste Peak Homes is pleased to offer residents the ability to pay online via PayLease. Residents can process one-time payments or set up Auto Pay. PayLease provides support via phone and email. Please contact them directly if you need assistance. If you have questions regarding your balance or your account with Castle Peak Homes, please contact our office during business hours.
Maintenance Requests. Non-emergency maintenance requests must be submitted in writing. Please include your name, phone number and a detailed description of the issue. A member of the Castle Peak Homes team will contact you directly to confirm the request and schedule a convenient time to enter the property (if required).
