Below you will find instructions relating to the lease application process and the required application forms and fees you must submit to lease a Castle Peak home.
Residential Lease & Guaranty Application
Each occupant over the age of 18 years old is required to submit a separate lease application online using the link below. If someone else will be making your rent payments or you will not qualify based on credit, a residential lease guaranty is required. Please note there is an application fee of $100 per applicant. Once all Residential Lease Applications and Residential Lease Guaranty documents and the related fees are received, the application(s) will be processed. Castle Peak Homes will notify applicants of qualification results.
Hold a Unit
You may hold a unit for 7 days by submitting a deposit for one months rent.
Units will be held in the order deposits are received.
